Lovely dinner
Tonight we had fajitas, with local buffalo meat, two kinds of sweet peppers my next door neighbor gave us, and onions from the front yard (Remember that garden plot I made earlier? Grown right there.) with regional tortillas.
My family loves fajitas, so much so that one of my sons to this day will put homemade stir-fry in a tortilla rather than put it over rice. Now if only I could make tortillas right … mine resemble cardboard (but taste much better!).
