Hello! I’m a married stay-at-home mother of three teenagers who lives in Oklahoma and has voted Republican since 1980 (I sat out in 2004) with a spouse in the defense industry and several family members who either are or were in the military (one of my first cousins is a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army).

I follow Jesus Christ and the Anabaptist heritage (although I am not currently a member of one of their traditional groups). I suppose I would be considered a constitutional conservative. I’m also a long-time organic gardener and former family physician.

If you’d like to live healthier, start getting off the consumerist roller coaster and/or live more self-sufficiently, this might be the place for you.

I’m not an expert on all of this. I’ve done quite a bit of research into alternate health, herbalism, and organic gardening methods, but I’m still learning. I live in a 2800 sq. ft. home in the suburbs, drive a Honda CR-V, and eat just about anything. I’m probably a lot like you.
